i had broke my RECORD!!There was an ICA juz now at 13:30PM in tt DAMN e-Plaza... Its for the BMoo83 module on the topic of customer service... i had been studying for this test ever since Sunday but sad to sae, nothing went in on Sunday and Monday as i juz simply copied the notes on pper... Spent almost the whole day studying in IBRC on Tuesday and luckily, i managed to remember most of the points... Phew~ For the whole of Tuesday, i DID NOT go online AT ALL!! Wahhh!!
