A Day of DisappointmentWe started our training at the call centre office in TW yesterday. Each of us was being attached to a senior there and we were to listen how they answer the calls. When we reached the place in the afternoon, we were being assigned to a senior and i was to buddy w Qi Yuan... Hmmm... Wat can i say?? He needs to go for lunch lst be4 he starts "teaching" me so i went over to Liza's place to learn something lst... After tt. he was busy listening to the voice msgs and doing his things and i was sitting there like tt, -_- ... Therefore, my conclusion will be tt he knows the products offered in TW very well and he's also gd at answering calls BUT, he doesnt noe how to teach us... Everything he taught was like almost in bits and pieces and i reali have difficulty understanding them... HAHZ... And today, when we reach TW in the morning, we attended their daily sales briefing and after tt, i continued to listen to Qi Yuan answering calls... However, the manager kept insisting tt we muz answer the calls todae, so we were being "forced" to take the calls lah... i cant remember the exact number of calls i had received BUT there's 3 tt i remembered v v v v clearly... AND the results of the lst 2 calls is tt it made me found out tt i had a phobia towards answering the calls in TW... Hahz... For the lst call, there is this Indian who speaks the v indian-like English and i had no idea wat he's trying to sae... i tink in the end, he got fed-up and said tt he will come down to our office later to speak to someone directly. As for the 2nd call, this time it was a lady. She bombed me w a lot of qns and Qi Yuan who was listening to the call also, told me the qns... Sometimes, he will remember to mute the call BUT most of the times he DIDNT... The lady caller overheard his voice and wanted to speak to him directly INSTEAD... Hmmmmm... This made me soooooo DAMN dishearted lah... FINALLY the last call... This time, it was a guy who called to make enquiries on a Free & Eazy package... i managed to answer his qns quite successfully and... YES!! This time i DID it!! WAHAHAHAHAs 15:46 > こずえ |
