YEAH!! i have hit 101!!HAHAHAs... Good news, everyone!! wileenfc.blogspot.com has exceeded the total number of 100 for the number of postings made ever since January this year!! HAHAHAs... i noe i m lame BUT pls bear w me... Hehes... =) i m soooooooo bored todae in school leh... Was asked not to do any surveys in the morning once i step into the CRMCC1 room... Hmmmmm... i noe i m v v v behind time for the calling and i m reali reali sorrie to Michelle... Hahas... Because every Monday, i will be at both TW and school for half-day each. And Monday is Michelle's off-day, so i will be sitting at her desk, using her database, helping her to hit the call number targets... Last Monday was my lst day calling pple for surveys and for the whole afternoon, i ONLI managed to complete 2 pathetic surveys out of the total of 27 required surveys for the week... HAHZ... i had tried my best liao leh... BUT how come still so little calls onli?? i dont understand leh... Out of the 20 over calls i had made, onli ard 5 of them picked up the call, plus the 2 who did the survey, i had onli toked to 7 pple ONLI?? HAHZ... THIS is still no the worst... Yesterday, was once again a Monday. When i came back from lunch after coming back from TW, i cant call anybody yet because there isnt any updated database in Michelle's comp. My supervisor asked me to wait and wait and wait... Have been waiting from 14:30 to 17:00PM and during this time, i was surfing the net, updating my blogs, dowbnloading songs and doing my own stuff... AND FINALLY at ard 5 plus, my superviosr finally gave me the database... Call and call and call BUT most of the calls were answered by answering machines... Guess how many surveys i managed to complete in tt hour?? HAHAs... Shld be quite easy to guess rite?? Anything worst than 2 would be either 1 or 0 lah... HAHZ... Actually, i prefer making calls rather than answering calls... For making calls, at most the situation u will encounter is tt pple tend to reject ur calls or they will juz hang up the phone... However, for answering calls, u muz be V V V V V professional and most imptly, u muz noe ur products extremely well to give the caller the correct and exact answers to their qns... And now back to todae... No need for me to do surveys todae, so wat m i supposed to do?? My supervisor said tt we (me, together w another 3) were to attend a briefing for a new campaign for CRM at 10AM... So, i was slacking, slacking and slacking in the morning. After my breakfast trip w Michelle, i was then being told tt i m not going for the briefing liao. AND now i m to help the admin team answer inbound calls and also to call students from the previous batch to inform them about the change of venue for their performance appraisal thingy lah... Sianz... i was to change shift w the ONE in my team after i completed calling the students. AND because i missed the briefing from my supervisor due to the breakfast trip, so the ONE is supposed to brief me. HAHAHAHAs, V FUNNY... i was told NOTHING, NOTHING AT ALL. Luckily, there's still another guy from the admin team who was able to help. Hm. U reali tend to make me puke. Yuck. Another 4 more weeks and i can say 'Farewell' to U, F***er!! At lst, it was calling, calling and calling. AND NOW, it WAS boring, boring and even MORE boring... My supervisors had already informed us not to expect too much calls for the line, so this is equivalent to -- u can slack and do watever u want todae... Wahahahahas... My laughter is getting softer and softer... =( I M SOOOOOO BORED NOW!! Due to some DAMN STUPID reasons i was (forced) to forego my lunch time and also my Tuesday lunch kaki, Michelle, to eat ALONE under the umbrellas outside CRMCC1... Y?? Y?? Y?? Y m i ALWAYS in this kind of situation?? i DONT want and DONT like to be a LONER, okay?? ALL 'THANZ' TO U LAH!! PS: Thanz Jia Min (Lee) for buying the candle from me... HAHAs... BUT my advice to u is tt juz use it as an decoration, DONT burn it... According to someone from MSC Value Shop, it gives off a yucky smell when lighted... Hehes... 13:56 > こずえ |
